ALLEGHENY – Rep.-elect Rob Mercuri (R-Allegheny) and his staff are ready to serve residents of the 28th Legislative District at the district office, 5500 Brooktree Road, Suite 100, Wexford.

Residents are welcome to visit the office while following state guidelines of wearing a mask and social distancing. The office is open Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

“I am honored and humbled to serve the people of the district at home and in Harrisburg, and I take that responsibility very seriously. As a husband, father of three and small business owner, I will focus on pandemic relief, fiscal responsibility and economic development through lower tax rates and less regulation during my time in office,” Mercuri said.

He will also work to make progress across a number of legislative priorities including improving the openness of government, expanding educational opportunities while respecting taxpayers, reducing the cost of health care, developing programs to keep our communities safe, prioritizing the upkeep of critical infrastructure and harnessing the potential of the advanced energy economy for the benefit of residents and the future of our Commonwealth.

Mercuri will be officially sworn in for his first term in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives on Tuesday, Jan. 5.

The 28th District covers part of Allegheny County and consists of the townships of Marshall, McCandless and Pine; and the boroughs Bradford Woods and Franklin Park.
