WEXFORD – Rep. Rob Mercuri (R-Allegheny) is inviting area residents to his upcoming Community Health Fair on Saturday, Sept. 30, from 9 a.m. to noon at the AHN Wexford Health and Wellness Pavilion.
“This is a great opportunity for area residents of all ages to pick up valuable information about safety, health care, nutrition and more,” Mercuri said. “We are also providing free flu shots to help people safeguard against illness this year.”
Pre-registration is required to receive a flu shot and should be made by calling Mercuri’s office at 412-369-2230. The deadline to sign up is Wednesday, Sept. 27. If possible, people should bring their insurance cards to help facilitate the process.
People who don’t plan to get a flu shot but wish to attend the fair are also encouraged to sign up by contacting Mercuri’s office at 412-369-2230.
AHN Wexford Health and Wellness Pavilion is located at
12311 Perry Highway. Admission to the event is free.
